Job Description
Harlan + Holden is in search of a highly motivated Country Manager to spearhead strategic planning and execution across multiple departments. In this role, you will manage daily operations to ensure consistency with operational policies and objectives. Key responsibilities include mentoring department heads, enhancing performance management, and leading monthly business reviews. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related discipline, along with at least 8 years of progressive leadership experience in Retail, F&B, or Luxury sectors. A strong background in strategic planning and operational execution is essential for success in this role.
