Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated full-time, on-site Restaurant General Manager to join our OOH Advertising Agency in Makati. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, developing strategic initiatives, and nurturing client relationships to promote business growth while achieving financial objectives.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Retail Restaurant Management
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Expertise in strategic planning and financial oversight
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; a Master’s degree is preferred
- Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is mandatory
