Job Description
DoubleDragon’s Hotel101 Davao is seeking a committed and skilled Customer Service Supervisor to enhance our team. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s or College Degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management or a related discipline, coupled with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, addressing feedback, and maintaining our hotel’s high service standards to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Proficiency in MS Office and OPERA, along with superior communication and organizational skills, is required for success in this position.
