Job Description
Golden TW Realty and Development Corporation is actively seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Business Development Specialist to enhance our market presence. This role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, developing effective client attraction and retention strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. You will also be responsible for preparing comprehensive business plans and proposals, negotiating contracts, collaborating with various teams to refine strategies, monitoring market trends, and attending industry events.
Please note that relocation to Boracay Island is a requirement for this full-time position, with a competitive salary ranging from Php 25,00.00 to Php 35,00.00 per month.
