Job Description

InnovaThink is looking for an IT Service Management (ITSM) Implementation Consultant to lead the planning, design, and implementation of ITSM solutions. This critical role aims to enhance service delivery and ensure alignment of IT services with business objectives by adhering to best practices, notably ITIL.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the implementation of ITSM processes, analyzing existing IT workflows, configuring ITSM platforms, providing user training, and continuously monitoring tool performance for service improvement. A collaborative mindset is essential, as the consultant will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop thorough documentation.
