Job Description
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join Metacom BPO Alabang as Email and Chat Support Specialists. In this role, you will promptly and professionally address customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. You will provide accurate information regarding our products, services, and company policies while efficiently resolving customer complaints to enhance their satisfaction.
Qualifications: A friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills are essential. Candidates must be comfortable using digital communication tools, possess a valid Filipino citizenship or appropriate residence status, and hold at least a high school, college, or vocational diploma. Must be available to work on-site and during varying shifts, with good English verbal and listening skills preferred.
