Job Description
Seven Star Jasem Services Corporation is looking for an HR Employee Relations Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in employee grievance investigations, uphold HR policies, and maintain confidential records. This position may require fieldwork with travel within Metro Manila. You will have the opportunity to engage employees through various activities and training sessions while providing essential HR guidance.
Qualifications: We welcome fresh graduates holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or HR Management. Strong communication skills, integrity, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. This is a full-time, office-based position located in Sampaloc, Manila.
Salary: Starting at Php18,00.00 per month, along with benefits.
