Job Description
Probe CX is actively seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst (QA) to uphold the quality of our processes, services, and customer interactions. This critical role is focused on identifying improvement opportunities through thorough quality checks, with an emphasis on enhancing banking services, minimizing risks, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include elevating customer satisfaction and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in phone, email, and live chat support, preferably within the banking sector. Strong problem-solving skills, exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, and meticulous attention to detail are essential. Proficiency in MS/Google Suite applications is also required.
