Job Description
Capgemini Engineering is looking for a committed Customer Service Process Lead to join our dynamic team in Manila. In your role as a Business Advisor, you will collaboratively shape the vision in partnership with clients, and you will thoroughly understand the requirements of users and stakeholders. Your expertise will be pivotal in identifying processes, data, and capabilities to develop the target processes and business requirements for both existing and future solutions.
This position requires you to conduct meetings and workshops aimed at gathering and documenting business requirements. You may also be involved in creating process and data models across different project phases. This is a full-time position intended for seasoned professionals.
