Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records, record transactions, reconcile accounts, prepare invoices, support payroll, and assist with monthly reporting. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of bookkeeping experience, proficiency with QuickBooks or Xero, strong Excel skills, and a basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and expense tracking
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely month-end close
- Maintain confidentiality, organization, and reliability
Certification or a diploma in accounting is advantageous.
