Job Description
We seek a professional iGaming Customer Service Agent to provide courteous, efficient support via live chat, email, and telephone. Responsibilities include resolving account inquiries, processing payments, explaining bonuses, performing basic technical troubleshooting, escalating complex issues, and maintaining accurate records while meeting service-level agreements.
- Requirements: fluent English, customer-focused demeanor, strong communication skills, basic IT literacy, flexibility for shift work, and the ability to perform under pressure. Prior experience in online gaming or e-commerce is preferred.
