Job Description
Transparent BPO, Inc. seeks a full-time Sales Representative for our Greenhills, San Juan City facility. Candidates must have at least 1 year of BPO or customer service experience, a high school diploma (college preferred), excellent English, and Windows proficiency. Strong multitasking, typing, listening, and conflict-resolution skills are required.
- Key duties: upsell services, document transactions, escalate issues, and deliver value-based solutions.
- Competencies: professionalism, organization, goal orientation, and effective call resolution.
