Job Description
We are seeking a Building Administration Manager to oversee daily facility operations, maintenance scheduling, vendor relationships, and regulatory safety compliance. The role coordinates building services, manages budgets and procurement, supervises on-site staff, and responds to tenant requests and emergencies with prompt, professional action.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in facilities or building administration; diploma or degree preferred.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills; problem-solving and attention to detail required.
- Proficient with maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office.
