Job Description
ActivAsia Inc. is seeking a Field Merchandising Supervisor to lead and coach refillers and ensure strict adherence to client merchandising standards, including shelf facing, product arrangement, POP installation, stock rotation, pricing, and inventory reporting. The Supervisor will set performance benchmarks to drive productivity and reduce absenteeism and tardiness, evaluate and replace underperforming refillers, and submit timely trade inventory, price surveys, and ad-hoc reports. The role includes coordinating merchandising activities across accounts and maintaining professional relationships with account supervisors and managers. Employment Type: Full-time. Work Location: In person. Expected Start Date: 07/14/2025.
