Job Description
We are seeking a full-time, in-person Sales and Service Coordinator in Quezon City to support our water filtration sales and service operations. The role handles customer inquiries, prepares quotations, schedules installations and filter replacements, coordinates technicians, and processes warranties.
- Qualifications: Minimum 1 year in sales support or service coordination; experience in water treatment, HVAC, or technical fields preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency; basic knowledge of water filtration systems is a plus.
- Attributes: Proactive, customer-focused team player who can multitask and ensure smooth handoffs between sales and service.
Permanent position. Salary: Php18,00–Php22,00 per month.
