Job Description
Better Components, Inc. is seeking a full-time, in-person Store Supervisor to oversee showroom operations and field installations. The role includes managing bids, client inquiries and oculars, inventory, staff evaluations, reporting, and policy compliance.
- Requirements: knowledge of sound systems or musical instruments; leadership; sales and administrative experience; excellent communication and customer service; basic electronics helpful; computer literacy.
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum 1 year in audio/instrument sales or store management preferred.
- Compensation: Php12,00–14,00 per month.
