Job Description
GreenCity Medical Center is seeking a full-time Customer Safety Staff member to ensure safe, efficient transport of patients, physicians, and staff and to oversee the maintenance of E-Carts. This on-site position requires adherence to safety protocols and prompt incident reporting.
- Responsibilities: coordinate patient and staff transport, perform routine E-Cart inspections, schedule and document maintenance, log incidents, and assist with safe boarding and vehicle operation.
- Qualifications: strong communication skills, basic mechanical aptitude, attention to safety procedures, and ability to work on-site.
