Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Marketing Lead to define strategy, oversee execution, and drive growth across digital and offline channels. You will manage a small team, coordinate integrated campaigns, and elevate brand awareness and demand.
- Key responsibilities: develop and implement marketing strategy, run and optimize campaigns, analyze performance metrics, collaborate with sales and product teams, and mentor team members.
- Qualifications: 5+ years in marketing with hands-on digital channel experience (SEO, SEM, email, social, CRM), strong analytical and leadership skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.
