Job Description
We are seeking an HR Business Partner for a six-month full-time onsite contract in Quezon City. The HRBP will oversee HR operations including policies, benefits and compensation, onboarding and separations, HRIS administration, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and payroll support. The role also requires maintaining the employee handbook, staff directory, and organizational chart.
- Salary: Php18,00–25,00. Benefits: training, staff discounts, company events, Christmas gift, free parking, salary increases, and potential for permanent hire.
- Preferred qualifications: BS Psychology or BSBA HRM, minimum 1 year HR generalist experience, strong English proficiency, based in Quezon City, willing to travel up to 50%. Onsite role.
