Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our Ocean Freight team to manage back-end services supporting country, regional, or global operations. You will adhere to SOPs to meet SLAs and KPIs, work assigned shifts to ensure service coverage, and deliver timely, accurate documentation. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline processes, identify and escalate operational issues, and maintain clear communication.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (logistics/management preferred)
- 0–3 years BPO or logistics experience (ocean freight preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office and exposure to ERP systems
- Strong English communication, logical reasoning, and customer focus
