Job Description
Primer Group in Manila is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Officer to manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned business units. Responsibilities include optimizing recruitment processes, maintaining accurate records, selecting advertising channels, advising hiring teams on selection techniques, participating in career fairs, and supporting employer branding to ensure timely hires and a positive candidate experience.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition with strong screening and selection skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace; excellent communication
- BA/BSc in Human Resource Management or a related field
