Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Outbound Sales Representative to generate leads, conduct cold calls, qualify prospects, and close deals to achieve monthly targets. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent communication and negotiation skills, persistence, and experience with CRM systems. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, presenting tailored solutions, documenting sales activities, and coordinating with marketing to optimize outreach.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales reporting
