Job Description
We are seeking a Commissary Head to manage daily operations of our commissary kitchen, ensuring food safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will oversee production, inventory, and staff while directing menu planning, procurement, portion control, and cost containment.
- Ensure HACCP and regulatory compliance; maintain food safety standards.
- Train and schedule staff; coordinate with vendors and distribution teams to meet deadlines.
- Monitor budgets, inventory, and production metrics.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years in food production management, strong leadership, budgeting and inventory skills, knowledge of food safety regulations (certification preferred), excellent communication, and ability to perform under pressure.
