Job Description
Comrise Global Solutions seeks a full-time Medical Claims Analyst to join our night-shift, on-site team in Ortigas, Pasig. The role focuses on collections, account follow-up, billing and allowance posting, and resolving outstanding claims through payer outreach (phone, email, fax, portals). Responsibilities include preparing appeals, correcting billing errors, and supporting A/R projects while adhering to HIPAA requirements.
- Minimum: high school diploma and at least 1 year healthcare A/R/collections experience in a BPO (claims processing, tracking, denials, appeals)
- Familiarity with medical billing and payer verification; willingness to work night shifts on-site
