Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Officer to enhance program quality and impact through robust evidence and adaptive learning. The MEAL Officer will design and implement M&E plans, collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data, produce timely donor and management reports, maintain beneficiary feedback mechanisms, and support organizational learning processes.
- Required: degree in social sciences or related field; proven M&E experience; strong data analysis skills (Excel, SPSS); excellent written and verbal communication; familiarity with donor reporting.
- Preferred: field experience and fluency in English.
