Job Description

We are seeking a Produce Operations Lead to oversee produce operations across our Davao and Digos supermarkets. Reporting to the Operations Manager/Managing Director, you will train coordinators, maintain quality and presentation, manage inventory, logistics and deliveries, minimize waste, drive sales and promotions, analyze performance metrics, and enforce company standards.

• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, or related field; 2+ years in area or operations management (produce experience preferred); strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to travel.
• Position: Full-time, on-site. Salary Php15,00–20,00 plus benefits: flexible schedule, health insurance, paid training, and career advancement.
