Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, organized Restaurant Host to welcome guests, manage reservations, and ensure smooth dining flow. The Host creates positive first impressions and coordinates seating to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Greet and seat guests, answer calls, and manage reservation and waitlist systems.
- Coordinate with servers and maintain a tidy host station; assist with basic front-of-house duties.
- Provide courteous, efficient service while maintaining composure during busy periods.
Qualifications: strong communication and customer service skills, punctuality, ability to stand for extended periods, and basic computer literacy. Previous hospitality experience and bilingual ability are advantages. Competitive pay and on-the-job training provided.
