Job Description
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Supervisor to lead and develop our recruitment team. You will design sourcing strategies, oversee end-to-end hiring, manage the ATS and recruitment metrics, coach recruiters, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles, strengthen employer branding, and streamline processes to reduce time-to-fill while maintaining compliance.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; minimum 3 years in talent acquisition with team leadership; strong communication and stakeholder management skills; analytical mindset; and experience with ATS and sourcing tools.
