Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to oversee vendor invoices, process payments, reconcile accounts, and support month-end close activities. Responsibilities include verifying and coding expenses, executing payment runs, resolving vendor inquiries, and maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of AP experience and proficiency with QuickBooks, SAP, or comparable accounting software.
- Skills: Strong Excel abilities, high accuracy, and effective written and verbal communication.
