Job Description
We are seeking a Remote Third-Party Collections Specialist to manage and recover outstanding client debts. Responsibilities include contacting debtors by phone and email, negotiating payment plans, documenting interactions in CRM, escalating complex accounts, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and client policies. Candidates should have 1–3 years of collections or third-party recovery experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with collection software and MS Office.
