Job Description
We are seeking a Store Manager to lead a Duck Donuts location, ensuring high-quality products and exceptional guest service in a clean, welcoming environment. Responsibilities include engaging guests and resolving feedback, monitoring performance and sales, executing product launches and in-store marketing, managing inventory and vendor orders, overseeing daily cash reports and deposits, ensuring labor law compliance, and developing action plans to improve results. The role also involves building team morale, coaching and disciplining staff, and supporting professional development.
- Qualifications: Minimum 2 years restaurant management (fast-casual/franchise preferred), proven people development, strong verbal and written communication, high energy, results-driven, and excellent multitasking ability.
