Job Description
IdeasUnlimited BPO Inc. is seeking a full-time, in-person Medical Support Representative to support our healthcare team. Duties include managing calendars and patient appointments; handling inbound and outbound calls and emails; updating EMRs; verifying insurance eligibility; transcribing physician notes; assisting with billing and claims processing; and supporting patient intake and care plan education.
- Qualifications: healthcare degree or certification preferred; proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; excellent verbal and written communication; strong organizational skills and discretion. Healthcare or BPO experience is a plus.
- Compensation: Php16,00–19,00/month. Benefits include company events, health insurance, on-site parking, paid training, promotion opportunities, and salary increases.
