Job Description
We are seeking a strategic Growth Director, Sales to lead revenue expansion by designing go-to-market plans, optimizing sales funnels, and scaling customer acquisition. You will manage high-performing teams, align product and marketing, analyze KPIs, and implement data-driven strategies to accelerate ARR. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in B2B/B2C sales leadership, strong analytical skills, a proven track record of scaling revenue, and experience with CRM and forecasting. Excellent communication, cross-functional leadership, and a growth mindset are required.
