Job Description
Gruppo Dolci Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Procurement Officer for our Auro Cafe operations. You will source and manage vendors, create and track purchase orders, maintain accurate inventory, conduct stock counts, and resolve supplier issues. Responsibilities include negotiating terms, monitoring deliveries, analyzing purchasing data to reduce costs, and supporting procurement records and administrative tasks. Applicants should have prior food & beverage procurement or inventory experience, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of procurement systems is a plus. This is a full-time, in-person role with paid training provided.
