Job Description
We are seeking a Travel Consultant to lead a junior customer service team, providing empathetic and professional support across multiple channels. Key duties include responding promptly to inquiries, resolving complaints, mastering product knowledge, processing orders and requests, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with colleagues, and improving service efficiency to ensure customer satisfaction.
This full-time, on-site position is based in Alabang. Salary: Php29,00–Php36,00/month. Expected start date: 01/10/2025.
