Job Description
SM Retail seeks a full-time, in-person Retail Sales Supervisor to manage daily store operations, back-end processes, and team performance.
- Responsibilities: establish and communicate individual sales targets and promotions; monitor inventory, deliveries, and potential stock issues; inspect items for transfer/RTV and complete MMS documentation; control operating expenses and supplies; oversee staff attendance, scheduling, leave, and policy compliance.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; minimum 2 years supervising store operations and people management; sales-oriented, personable, creative, with strong communication skills.
