Job Description
- Prepare maintenance schedules in line with the organization’s standard operating procedures, programs, and policies.
- Implements and monitors a cost-effective preventive maintenance program.
- Frequently inspect facilities, machineries, equipment, and facilities to proactively detect potential problems and recommend the necessary repair or maintenance.
- Oversee and enforce good record-keeping practices.
- Monitor, coordinate, and report open and pending job orders.
- To supervise, coordinate, and control the mechanical maintenance of equipment, machineries, and facilities.
- To plan and schedule the deployment of mechanical personnel and third-party contractors consistent with the needs of company machinery, equipment, and facilities.
- To ensure implementation and observation of policies, programs, and procedures regarding the maintenance of equipment, machineries, facilities, spare parts, and other related materials at the terminal.
- To manage safety and implement the company’s health, safety, environment, and security policies within areas under his control and jurisdiction.
