Job Description
Rizal Microbank Inc., a thrift bank of RCBC, seeks a full-time Operational Risk Management Analyst to support the Operational Risk Management Unit Head in establishing and maintaining an effective operational risk environment, controls, measurement and monitoring.
- Salary: Php14,00–Php16,00/month.
- Responsibilities: assist in risk assessments, control testing, monitoring, reporting and remediation tracking.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; 1–3 years’ experience in banking, audit, or risk; strong analytical skills; excellent verbal and written communication; detail-oriented team player; able to multitask and work under pressure.
- Work arrangement: on-site in Davao City; reliable commute or willingness to relocate required.
