Job Description
We are hiring a USRN – Voice for a full‑time, remote position with a shifting/graveyard schedule beginning December 15. Compensation up to ₱76,00/month plus a ₱100,00 sign‑on bonus. Initial pay: ₱50,00 basic, ₱10,00 premium allowance, and ₱1,00 flex fund. Benefits include 20% night differential, HMO from day one (dependents upon certification), life & accident insurance, monthly incentives, annual appraisal, and 13th & 14th month pay.
- Requirements: BS Nursing, active PHRN and active USRN (any US state) clearly listed on CV, and at least 1 year bedside clinical experience.
- Key duties: conduct utilization review calls, validate clinical data, apply clinical criteria, provide voice‑based clinical support, ensure accurate documentation, and collaborate with clinical teams to maintain quality and compliance.
