Job Description
We are seeking a professional Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls, resolve account inquiries, and identify opportunities to promote products and services. The role requires first-contact resolution, attentive listening, empathy, and adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
- Qualifications: High school diploma; 3 months–1 year customer service experience (banking/mortgage/loan preferred); clear background and drug screen.
- Skills: Intermediate typing, multitasking across systems, sales aptitude, product knowledge, strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Details: Full-time, permanent; Pay: Php25,00/month; Location: Clark Freeport Zone (in person); Benefits: health and life insurance, promotion opportunities.
- Applicants must be available for a 1-day office processing visit.
