Job Description
We are seeking a responsible Boutique Store Manager to oversee daily operations and drive overall boutique performance. The manager will ensure sales targets are achieved, deliver exceptional customer service, maintain merchandising and inventory standards, and provide on-floor training and coaching. This proactive leader will monitor KPIs, develop team members, and maintain excellent customer relations.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum 5 years in a similar or related field; 2 years store management preferred.
- Skills: strong customer-relations and leadership abilities; willingness to work weekends and holidays.
