Job Description
The Moment Group seeks a full-time, in-person Employee Experience Coordinator to design and implement initiatives that enhance the employee lifecycle from onboarding through retention. Responsibilities include administering engagement surveys and focus groups, analyzing HR data to generate actionable insights, partnering with HR and L&D on well-being, recognition, and career-development programs, ensuring consistent onboarding and offboarding, and coordinating internal events and communications.
- Qualifications: bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in HR or organizational development, strong analytical and communication skills, creative problem-solving, proficiency in MS Office; HR analytics tools a plus.
