Job Description
We are seeking a formal, results-driven Business Development & Merchandising Officer to expand distributor coverage, develop mall kiosks, concept stores and SIS ingress, and support store performance. Key duties include monitoring stock and sales, maintaining DCR uploads, resolving store and dealer issues, delivering product and promotion training, and implementing area merchandising plans to protect brand image and optimize displays.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or 2-year graduate; proficient in MS Office; strong verbal and written communication.
- Experience: Telco experience preferred; daily reporting skills required.
- Other: Frequent regional travel, motorcycle ownership, full-time. Salary Php20,00–25,00/month. Paid training included.
