Job Description
We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Advisors, specializing in Korean customer support. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries and providing excellent customer service in both written and verbal communication.
To excel in this role, you must have fluency in both Korean and English languages, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar customer service role is preferred but not required.
