Job Description
We seek an HR Specialist for Employee Engagement to enhance employee-employer relations, lead retention programs, and design engagement initiatives. Key duties include addressing conflicts and grievances, developing activities to foster a positive work environment, and ensuring fair, confidential handling of sensitive matters.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Psychology or HR preferred), minimum 2 years’ experience in employee engagement, solid knowledge of labor law and HR best practices, strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, communication, and negotiation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and design tools (Canva or Adobe Photoshop), and a proactive, innovative, team-oriented approach.
