Job Description
We seek a Lead Researcher (B2B) to design and lead market research initiatives that inform product and go-to-market strategies. You will define research roadmaps, ensure rigorous qualitative and quantitative methodologies, oversee research teams and vendor partners, and synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations that drive commercial growth.
- Requirements: 6+ years in B2B research with experience in customer interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis.
- Skills: strong qualitative and quantitative analysis, proficiency with analytics tools, excellent communication, stakeholder mapping, and project management.
- Responsibilities: mentor junior researchers, manage research operations, and present insights to executive stakeholders.
