Job Description
Globalport Davao Terminal Inc. seeks a full-time Manpower Resource Specialist to manage daily duty assignments and equipment allocation for vessel and storage operations. This on-site role requires coordination with the Operations Resource Supervisor and Vessel Supervisors to arrange and dispatch gear, prepare per-vessel/shift equipment summaries, monitor inventory, and ensure proper storage and lubrication.
- Liaise with Engineering on equipment breakdowns and replacements.
- Verify gear types, capacities, and readiness to meet operational demands.
- Maintain records to ensure sufficient, well-serviced cargo handling gear daily.
Salary: Php15,00–16,00/month. Benefits include health insurance and paid training.
