Job Description
FAST Logistics Group seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound processes, inventory control, logistics, and safety compliance. The supervisor enforces SOPs, monitors KPIs and operational scorecards, leads cycle counts and reconciliations, and drives continuous improvement to optimize productivity and service quality. This role also develops and coaches warehouse staff, ensures capacity and equipment readiness, and resolves operational issues to meet customer requirements.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; minimum 3 years’ warehouse and 3 years’ management experience preferred. This is a full-time, in-person position offering health and life insurance and advancement opportunities.
