Job Description
We seek an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead our Wealth Investment and Asset Management division in Taguig (100% onsite, night shift). Salary up to PHP 100,00/month; 1 opening.
- Lead operational strategy, budgeting, performance, and client relationships for fund servicing, fund accounting, unit trust pricing, risk & compliance, and portfolio lifecycle.
- Manage and mentor delivery teams in a BPO environment; ensure CSAT, quality, and cost control.
- Identify market opportunities and drive service expansion.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), proven leadership in wealth/asset management, 3+ years project management and managerial experience, strong BPO knowledge, and excellent communication and decision-making skills.
