Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Collections and Dispute Specialist to manage accounts receivable, investigate and resolve payment disputes, and partner with customers and internal teams to minimize delinquency. Core responsibilities include monitoring aging reports, negotiating payment arrangements, documenting case notes thoroughly, and escalating complex or high-risk accounts for resolution.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in collections or dispute resolution
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities
- Familiarity with collections software and regulatory compliance
- High attention to detail and capacity to work under performance targets
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
